Expectations

The Office of Wielkopolska Province in Poznań was looking for an experienced consulting company that would provide support in the field of risk management in relation to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. In addition to professional consulting, the company was to implement software supporting, among other things, management control and risk processes. Great emphasis was placed on ensuring that the IT tool was flexible and fully adapted to the specificity of the organisation, and at the same time functional enough to be optimised and developed in the future. All these assumptions were met by PBSG and the erisk tool. We implemented the project in 2016.

Solution

Thanks to our consulting and specialised team, the risk management system was efficiently implemented, taking into account the administrative requirements of the office. The Office has gained a modern and effective tool that improves risk management, starting from risk identification, analysis and assessment, along with the preparation of plans and process monitoring. All these areas are included in one erisk tool.

Education is of great importance in the computerisation of the organisation, and specifically – increasing the awareness of the staff, especially such a large number as in the case of the Office. That is why we took a meticulous approach to training. We made sure that each participant left with practical knowledge not only of how to use the erisk tool, but also of the importance of the risk management area.

References from the Office confirm that the project was carried out professionally and in accordance with the highest standards. Thanks to us, the Office improved the control process in the area of risk management, which plays a key role for an organisation operating in the public administration segment.

We installed the licence

In the first step, we provided and installed the erisk licence. Then we started the preparatory work necessary to personalise the tool.

We configured the tool

We started developing a risk management model and implemented it in erisk. The tool was adapted to the individual needs of the client.

We trained employees

We introduced designated employees to the developed model and the erisk tool. We conducted practical training where we showed how to use erisk effectively in everyday tasks.

We created reports

The final stage included the creation of dedicated reports that ensure easier risk management and accelerate data analysis. Thanks to this, the client gained an effective tool for effective management control and risk analysis.
