The Ministry of Education and Science contacted us regarding updating and expanding the erisk tool, which was used under previous contracts. We tackled this task after checking what requirements the ministry had and in which areas the system needed modernisation. Additionally, MEiN purchased one year of substantive support and technical assistance for the erisk tool.

The project consisted of a total of 7 stages. We completed the main part, including licence installation, tool configuration and employee training, in just two months from the date of signing the contract. Importantly, our work was carried out so efficiently that it did not disrupt the ongoing work of the organisation, which was important to the ministry. In addition, the priority was to update and expand the software with modules, taking into account the office’s requirements. Thus, erisk was expanded to include a risk, survey and reports module.

Staff plays a key role in the computerisation of an organisation. This is not only about its awareness of what is happening in the organisation, but also its ability to use the implemented tool. That is why we approached the topic of education meticulously – we prepared videos and instructions and conducted practical training. During the training, participants learned about new erisk capabilities and how to use them effectively in their work.

Thanks to cooperation with PBSG, the Ministry of Education and Science has gained a fully up-to-date tool based on modern solutions and streamlining risk management processes, which is of great importance for the activities of the government administration office.

We updated licences

In the first step, we updated the current licence and implemented new ones, expanding the erisk software with a risk, survey and report module.

We configured the tool

In the next step, we implemented the risk management methodology into erisk and began adapting the tool to the client’s needs.

We trained employees

We have prepared instructional videos for system users. We conducted practical training, with an emphasis on new functions of the erisk tool and their application in everyday work.

The Ministry could count on our support and commitment at every stage of the project. Finally, we provided one year of substantive support and technical assistance for the erisk tool.
